1. AI as assistant, not replacement, in GIS workflows

Two concrete integrations landed on the same day. MappingGIS published a Spanish-language walkthrough of QGIS MCP, connecting Claude to QGIS so users can drive PyQGIS actions by prompting in natural language rather than writing scripts and debugging PyQGIS.
